Dae Jang Geum

 

 [Kimchi 김치; Gamja Bokkeum 감자 볶음; Eomuk Bokkeum 어묵 볶음] 

Start from complimentary appetizer, 

the first one from the top is Kimchi 김치 (fermented Korean side dish made of vegetable with variety seasonings) the taste is sour and little spicy.

The middle one is Gamja Bokkeum 감자 볶음 Korean strifried potato. The taste is quite cool and crunchy. 

The last one is Eomuk Bokkeum 어묵 볶음 Korean stirfried fish cake. The taste is good, not spicy at all and a little sour just like kimchi.

 [Ya Chae Jeon (야채전)] The next complimentary appetizer is Ya Chae Jeon (야채전), Korean vegetable pancake.

This is my favorite.

 [Kimbab 김밥] Made from steamed rice (bab) and various ingredients egg, carrot, sausage, lettuce, crab stick, and i choose main filling tuna (for other option, you can choose beef intead of tuna), rolled in gim (sheet of dried seaweed) sprinkled with sesame seeds.

[Kimchi Ramyeon 김치 라면] South Korea instant noodles, the texture is thicker and chewier than most instant noodles. The soup taste little spicy and sour because of the kimchi.  Delicious!

[Jjolmyeon 쫄면] Spicy chewy noodle with mixed vegetable. The noodles is really very very very very very chewy, i think its not recommended for elderly and children. And then the sauce is sour and spicy.
