Well if you don't know where to go and you probably want to find a place with a great atmosphere and hear live music, i would like to recommend Socialite's Crib. 

Why? because I'd enjoy live performance here by @ItSweetParadise every Saturday night.

 [Satay Kebab] We start the meal with a quite appetizing Satay Kebab. 

Just a simply combination of sausage, chicken meat, onion and bell peppers. 

Well i love the black pepper sauce. 

The black pepper sauce tastes rich and the thickness feels just right.

[Spaghetti Salmon Sauted with Cream Sauce] Creamy Creamy! A lot of grated cheese. 

The salmon is pretty good. Overall the taste was average.

[Fish and Chips] Good colour - Golden brown!

Crispy outside, tender inside. The taste is quite plain. 

Anyway, applause for the natural flavor and freshness of the fish.

[Seafood Fried Rice] One of cheapest and fullest menu in Socialite's Crib.

Rich combination of rice, shrimp, fishcake, corn, peas, fried egg, tomato, lettuce and crackers. 

Overall the taste is quite plain but at least can fulfill my tummy and save my pocket. LOL.

 [Spaghetti Tuna Chili] A bit spicy and oily but overall the taste is quite okay. Good Tuna!

If you're looking for good chinese food in Jakarta, here presenting you guys a highly recommended Chinese Food at A Hwa Muara Karang. Food here is amazing. Let's see the review!

[Ikan Kerapu Bunga TomYam] This is an authentic tasting Thai Tom Yam. Their Tom Yam tastes rich and milky but not overly thick. The milk and spice used feels just right. So, not too spicy. You can taste the natural flavor and freshness of the fish. You should taste it for yourself!

[Udang Salad Buah] I love this dish to the max. Well done! Crispy outside and tender inside with full of tasty mayonnaise. I can feel the freshness and juicy of the prawn and fruit salad.

 [Sapo Tofu] A warm combination of egg tofu, squid, prawn, carrot, chinese cabbage, edamame, and mushroom! 

The taste was average. 

All we need is a bowl of steamed rice to go with it.

[Tahu Saus Abalone] Two layers tofu - upper layer is blended veggie and the lower layer is tofu.

The texture is very soft and smooth to give an easy melt-in-the mouth experience. A wonderful combination with abalone sauce and crisp boiled broccoli. Delicious!

Price: Rp40.500++

[Paikut Saus Madu] Quite good! The texture of the spare ribs is quite tender but the sauce is just too sweet. Yeah, maybe because it is honey sauce. That's why sweet!

Price: Rp 80.000++

[Asparagus Terasi] Good Chili with crisp asparagus. 

All i need is another bowl of rice to go with it!

[Tomiao Bawang Putih] Delicious guys! Well done! I love the garlic sauce.

"Sedap Batam" - Bali, Indonesia

It's been a while I'm kinda missing Batam food. Randomly i found "Sedap Batam" in Jimbaran, Bali. This restaurant offering Batam local food. I feel kinda happy but not too satisfied. Why? Let's see the review. 

 [Nasi Ayam] What i miss the most and favorite is Chicken Rice. Well this is a very common dish which just can easily find in Batam, Tanjung Pinang and Singapore but unfortunately not in Bali. Until this moment, i only found this restaurant which is offering my favorite dish. 

Hmm, The chicken is quite tender with light seasoned. The Hainamese rice is pretty fragrant. The soup is pretty good and the chili is definitely another compulsory great part of this meal. Overall the taste is above average but not satisfied at all. I'm still prefer Nasi Ayam Budi Siang Malam in Batam. Omooooo i'm kinda miss it. Anyone send me Nasi Ayam Budi Siang Malam to Bali via JNE or Fedex, please? HAHAHA

Well, one thing i must say is this portion of chicken rice is kinda too expensive while in Batam normally just Rp15.000/portion. 

 [Sup Ikan]  Fish soup is another very common dish in Batam. The fish slices are quite tender and the soup is clear and tasty.

[Cumi Telur Asin] Fried Calamari with Salted Egg Yolk.

The calamari and salted egg yolk compliment each other greatly. Overall, quite delicious. 

Price: Rp 40.000

[Ayam Lada Hitam] Well another delicious dish is Black Pepper Chicken. The taste of black pepper is very good and tasty. 

Price: Rp 40.000

[Mie Goreng] Fried Noodle - the taste is average, just simple noodle, scrambled egg and bean sprout only. Nothing special.
